LONELY EYES

Lonely Eyes is the solo project from Niles Gregory, a songwriter, singer, photographer, and touring musician for bands including Andy Black, Mest, Broadside, and several others.

Having written, performed, and contributed to the pop-punk scene for nearly a decade, Gregory decided to create something he could call his own. Drawing from musical influences spanning The 1975, Coheed & Cambria, and Halsey, the sound of Lonely Eyes occupies a varying sonic landscape - cohesively held together by Gregory’s raw vocal energy and impeccable guitar-work.

Gregory grew up a few hours north of Albany, New York, where extracurricular activities consisted of mostly hunting and riding dirtbikes. Having little interest in the former past times, Gregory found sanctity in listening to music and learning to play guitar. At a young age, Gregory knew he wanted to perform music and tour the world. Playing in high school bands quickly transformed into touring the country and world as a guitarist, bassist, and back-up vocalist - sharing stages with the likes of Sum 41, The Used, Circa Survive, Nothing,Nowhere, Real Friends and more.

After writing and touring with Broadside for over five years, Gregory left the group to explore their passion for photography. During a brief hiatus from music, Gregory completed photography projects with Urban Outfitters, Nike, and many artists and musicians. He quickly returned to touring after being asked to play with bands Point North and Andy Black (of Black Veil Brides).

On social media, Gregory shares his daily thoughts and motivations with his fans. Gregory says that he “was raised to follow what makes me happy and that I can make any dream a reality as long as I put the hard work in.”
